Endoscopic sinus surgery is an operation performed for the treatment of sinus diseases around the nose with the help of endoscope. The endoscope is a special instrument with light and optical lenses on one end, allowing you to see the tissues directly from one end to the other.
The endoscope provides a clear view of normal anatomical structures and abnormal tissues that cannot be directly seen in the nose. The endoscope transfers the image to a computer or monitor simultaneously with the camera system to which it is connected. This allows images to be enlarged and saved if necessary.
